50000 Doctors needed for 2000 hospital chains and 50 health care companies by 2012

20000 scientists every year required for Pharma companies in India

Hospital chains are expanding all over India, even in smaller towns and  there would an acute shortage of doctors in next few years, especially anaesthetists, radiologists, gynaecologists and surgeons, particularly neurosurgeons. Many big hospital projects have either been delayed or stopped because of this manpower shortage.There would be a requirement of minimum 4000 Hospital Adminstration people in India by 2012 to manage an estimated 2000 hospital chains. In pharma, demand will be created for  research and development (R&D) scientists and   pharma regulation and documentation officers.
